JSG Series Submersible Grinder Pumps

The JSG Series Submersible Grinder Pump is designed to prevent clogging by cutting and grinding solid waste before discharge. Its vortex impeller combined with a radial cutter and cutter ring assembly ensures smooth wastewater flow while minimizing blockage and maintenance requirements.

Manufactured using SUS440C corrosion-resistant hardened cutter components, the pump delivers reliable grinding performance and extended operational durability under abrasive and corrosive conditions. The robust motor construction and superior heat dissipation system further enhance continuous-duty reliability.

The JSG Series also features a specialized single-phase motor design that delivers exceptionally high starting torque, making it suitable for demanding wastewater transfer applications involving heavy solids and fibrous waste materials.
